Carl Straw is an experienced Senior People & Culture leader with a strong track record of leading transformational HR and organisational development strategies across purpose‑driven organisations. He is currently Interim Executive Director for People & Culture at the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health, where he sits on the Executive Leadership Team and leads people, culture and Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ initiatives aligned to the organisation's mission and values.
