Retirement is a time to readjust

Change is always unsettling and can be challenging, especially if one is unprepared. Dr Sanjay Suri recognises that retirement is a change that is often romanticised but not usually spoken of as a time for readjustment. And that there's someting more important than happiness.

Workforce reports archive - 1999 to 2024
The RCPCH (as the British Paediatric Association) undertook its first census of the paediatric workforce in 1986 and has completed a biennial census since 1999. These reports give an opportunity to see changes in the paediatric workforce over the years.
